Expert-DF Series CNC EDM Wire Cutting Machine is equipped with servo automatic wire tightening device, no need for manual wire tightening. Maintaining a certain tension during the cutting process is necessary for ensuring the precision of taper cutting.
It adopts vertical high-rigidity large-taper head developed by independent innovation and research. The UV axis is imported linear guide rail, silent transmission design.

Features:
1. Supports automatic programming driven by graphics, no need to touch the code, just set the processing technology for the processing graphics, then processing can be carried out; at the same time, supports 3B code, G code and other processing codes generated by various wire cutting software;
2. Multiple processing methods can be flexibly combined for processing (continuous, single-stage, forward, reverse, backward, etc.)
3. XY Panasonic AC servo motor, UV axis can be set to commutation, drive motor can be set to five-phase ten-beat, three-phase six-beat, pulse drive and other modes;
4. Real-time monitoring of the X, Y, U, V four-axis processing status;
5. Processing preview, real-time display of processing progress; three-dimensional tracking display can be performed during taper processing, graphics can be enlarged and reduced to view, and processing conditions can be observed from multiple angles such as main view, left view, top view, etc.;
