Product Description

1. The main castings of the machine tools are all made of HT250 after multiple aging treatments to fully eliminate the stress. It ensures the high rigidity, small deformation and vibration resistance.
2. The X and Y axes are ram-type structures, the Z and S axes move with the Y axis, and the B and C axes are equipped with two-dimensional CNC turntables to drive the parts to tilt and rotate. The B axis can tilt at an angle of -110°/+30°, and the C axis can place parts and rotate 0-360°.
3. The mechatronics-integrated automatic lifting liquid tank design allows for zero-distance contact between the operator and the workpiece, facilitating observation, hole alignment, and confirmation of machining hole positions. The water problem in the machining process is completely solved, eliminating the original external flushing water to the bottom of the parts, tiny cavities, dead corners, insufficient flushing liquid, and the electrode tube high-pressure flushing water splashing everywhere, achieving a more stable and reliable continuous processing effect.
4. The software for CNC EDM small hole machining centers, runs on Windows 7 and its motion control enables 6-axis simultaneous interpolation.
5. The machining program supports multiple coordinate systems from G54 to G59, allowing different coordinate systems to be used within the same program to improve programming and machining efficiency. It also features a no-load run function for simulated machining.

7. Special-shaped hole processing function. Through UG post-processing or special-shaped hole programming software to generate processing programs, the CNC system multi-axis linkage control can process special-shaped air film holes such as water drop holes, dustpan holes, fan-shaped holes, etc. (Note: the special-purpose fully automatic special-shaped hole programming software is not included)
8. Precision depth machining function. The depth accuracy of machined holes can be controlled within 0.1mm. It can be used for high-precision blind hole machining, or for drilling parts with interlayer gaps of less than 1.0mm. It can also use a precision depth-fixing mode to avoid damaging the opposite wall.
9. The software has a built-in processing parameter library, which allows users to directly select processing parameters based on different materials and copper tube diameters.
10. It features short-circuit collision protection to ensure safe machine tool operation. Machining can begin directly from any position specified by the operator. The integrated design greatly improves the reliability of the whole machine.
11. The system records the position of the processed hole, discharge parameters, processing depth, electrode consumption, and processing time. EDM and penetration process curves are also designed and can be viewed and analyzed at any time.
12. The stainless steel deionized water treatment system has been upgraded to a super-large 600L capacity, featuring multi-stage filtration, automatic ion purification, water temperature control, flow detection, and pressure detection, providing high-quality and stable water supply. The filtration level has been improved to 1µm, and the water tank is designed with a self-cleaning system; long-term use only requires replacing the filters.
13. This equipment is an immersion-type electrical discharge machining (EDM) machine. All EDM drilling processes are performed entirely underwater, which can accelerate the processing speed and improve the milling quality.
