Expert-DT Series CNC EDM Wire Cutting Machine features fully intelligent wire dynamic control system, automatic wire loading and wire tightening, no human intervention is needed.

The wire tension control automatically detects the tension and the numerical control adjusts the tightness of the molybdenum wire. The tension of the forward and reverse molybdenum wire is consistent to improve the cutting accuracy and greatly reduce the commutation pattern.
